In ancient Rome, the gods are powerful, capricious and full of intrigue. As ambitious senators, it is your duty to uphold the Pax Deorum – the sacred peace with the gods. To this end, you send your messengers to the temples of the Pantheon to pay homage to them and to harness their power for your own ends. But your rivals are pursuing the same goal – strife, envy and underhand tactics dominate the political arena.

And so the senator who most cleverly capitalises on their fellow players’ actions – or sabotages them at just the right moment – will emerge victorious.

Loyalty - Rome is a strategic, interactive game. It is based on god cards laid out in the Pantheon. Majorities must be formed to score the cards. As this is mandatory, the layout is constantly changing. God cards disappear and are replaced by new ones. High levels of interactivity and the need for constant strategic adaptation characterise the game. Loyalty - Rome is a constant struggle to outwit the competition and forge the wisest alliances in order to ultimately dominate the Pantheon.
