After buying one of our games, did you find that one or more components are damaged or missing?
Send us an email to maurice@dlp-games.de. We are glad to help you.
If parts of your game have been damaged or lost over time, we will happily replace the parts in exchange for shipping costs.
As a general rule, we use shipping methods without tracking for spare parts. If you would like to receive your spare parts with tracking, please note this in your spare parts request. We will then check whether this is possible and whether there are any associated costs.
For the following games, we are only responsible for distribution for our partners and therefore do not have any spare parts in stock. Please get in touch directly with the specified producing publisher, they can certainly help you.
